She began her career in private practice before joining Southwest Missouri Bank as a Trust Officer, where she developed a strong reputation for helping families and businesses navigate succession planning. Passionate about supporting farming families and family-owned enterprises, Kate guides clients through the complex process of preserving and transferring wealth across generations.
An active community leader, Kate serves on the boards of the Carthage Community Foundation and HERE4Carthage. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, quilting, board games, and caring for her family farm.
