The seminar will be held at American Media/AMI Radio Group studios (2510 W. 20th Street) and refreshments will be served. To accommodate busy schedules, there are multiple dates and times to choose from, including:

- Wednesday, October 15 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm
- Thursday, October 16 from 10:00 to 11:00 am
- Thursday, October 16 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm
