Friday, September 26 | 8:00 pm | Tickets: $20 – $35 | Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex | Leggett & Platt Green

With more than 50 million video views and a devoted following of more than 350,000 fans, Casi Joy has captured hearts around the globe with her powerful vocals and infectious stage presence. Known for her unique blend of traditional country and modern pop influences, Joy became a household name during her acclaimed run on NBC’s The Voice, where she turned all four chairs in her blind audition—hailed by Rolling Stone as one of the top 10 best auditions in the show’s history.

A Kansas City native, Joy began performing professionally at the age of five and quickly made her mark on the country opry circuit. Signed to Radio Disney at 14, she later moved to Nashville to pursue her passion, recording at the legendary RCA Studios and releasing her debut EP Love on Repeat. Since then, she has toured extensively across the U.S. and Canada, sharing stages with country superstars including Keith Urban, Maren Morris, Carly Pearce, Montgomery Gentry, and Chris Janson.

Casi’s stunning performances have graced major events like the Kansas City Plaza Lighting and the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade, and she has performed the National Anthem for the Chiefs, Royals, Sporting KC, and the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team. Beyond the stage, Joy is an advocate for children and animals, contributing her talents to numerous charitable causes. Her original music—including The Bright Side and Miles & Maybes—has been featured by Rolling StoneBillboardCMT, and People Magazine, solidifying her reputation as one of country music’s most exciting rising stars.

This performance is part of the Cornell Series, which is made possible by Lance and Sharon Beshore.
