Watered Gardens to Host 13th Annual Empty Bowls Presales Event from September 20 to September 27

Join Watered Gardens Ministries for their 13th annual Empty Bowls presale event!

Reminiscent of the “soup lines” from the mid 1930’s, Empty Bowls is a grass roots fundraiser brought to people in cities and towns around the world by artists and crafts people to care for and feed the hungry in their communities. Patrons purchase a handcrafted pottery bowl, enjoy a serving of soup, and then have an empty bowl to take home to remind them that somewhere, someone is hungry.

The 2025 Empty Bowls Presales will be held at Joplin Greenhouse & Coffee Shop from Saturday, September 20 until Saturday, September 27.  Hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
