Certified personal finance coach Barry Sanborn will meet with interested employees and their spouses for one-hour financial coaching sessions to help them meet their specific goals.
The idea is to help the employee with their personal finances while helping the company retain great employees who may otherwise leave for a reason related to their finances (and money stress) at home.
