(Joplin, MO) – Downtown Joplin Alliance (DJA) will hold their August WineShare on Friday, August 1 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Countryside Flowers in downtown Joplin.
WineShare returns on August 1 in an all new location: the spacious Countryside Flowers, located in the historic property at 424 S. Joplin Avenue — it’s the perfect time to come mix and mingle with friends while checking out one of the best kept secrets in downtown. Come shop the large and varied selection of boutique items you can find among the fresh flowers. Guests can shop gourmet food items, stationary, home goods, jewelry, and much more, too.
Guests can also enjoy live music from Andrew Pommert throughout the evening as they design their own arrangements at a build-your-own succulent bar. Light snacks will be provided and a giveaway will happen at 7:00 pm.
WineShare is a unique networking opportunity that takes place every other month from February through December on the first Friday of each month. This event is held within rotating locations in Downtown Joplin and is sponsored by a local business.
It is free to attend and everyone over the age of 21 is welcome. Attendees bring a bottle of wine or a favorite craft beer to share and can spend the evening enjoying the company of other downtown enthusiasts. Light snacks will be available.
The 2025 WineShare season is presented by Sparklight.
