Sheila brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, specializing in individual work with children and adolescents (ages five to 21), and family therapy. With deep roots in Missouri and lived experience with autism and personality disorders, she offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and genuine empathy.

Sheila is passionate about building strong relationships, advocating for clients, and supporting youth and families through life’s challenge.
