Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Recognizes Kai Hamilton for Workforce Development Achievement

(Joplin, MO) – The Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that Kai Hamilton, Workforce Development Specialist, has successfully completed the Certificate in Workforce Development Fundamentals program, offered through a partnership between the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Foundation and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). As a member of the second cohort, Hamilton has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing his skills and promoting inclusive workforce development practices. 

This rigorous program provided a deep dive into the intersection of economic and workforce development. Over six weeks, Hamilton engaged in expert-led sessions, interactive exercises, and a comprehensive curriculum, culminating in an online exam. One of just 112 professionals to earn this certificate, Hamilton now joins an esteemed group of workforce development leaders.
