(Joplin, MO) – Joplin area music lovers are invited to join students, faculty and staff at Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) for a free concert by rising country music artists Andrew Salgado and Delaney Ann at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 5. The two singer/songwriters are crossing the Midwest with the Synapse Star Search Bus Tour on its way to Nashville for competition finals.
Both artists have music videos that have been featured on the KGCS-TV music video program Beyond Billboard Hits, which airs nightly at 9:30 pm. The singers will be part of an upcoming Newsmakers program as well as being featured individually on the KGCS program Behind the Bands.
The concert is being held in Corley Auditorium in Webster Hall at MSSU. Doors open for the free concert at 12:30 pm. The public is welcome.
