“The Pint for a Pint blood drive is a fun drive that so many of our donors look forward to every year,” said CBCO Media Relations Representative Michelle Teter. “We have seen a significant increase in hospital blood usage over the last couple of months and the summer is always a tougher time when it comes to blood donations. That is why we are so thankful for the participating breweries and ice cream sponsors who help rally our community of summer lifesavers. It is such a great thing to see that when we put out the call, our community answers.”

To help avoid wait times, appointments are strongly encouraged. Donors can schedule an appointment by going online or by calling 417.227.5006.

On behalf of local hospital patients, Community Blood Center of the Ozarks thanks blood donors from across the region for giving life to your community.
