Conservation in Parks: A Walk in the Trees
September 4 | 4:00 pm | Free to attend | Landreth Park Utility Arboretum (north end of the park)
Join naturalists from the Wildcat Glades and Missouri Department of Conservation for a walk in the trees. We will learn tricks to identify trees, as well as what gives them their glorious fall colors.

Yoga in Nature for Adults
September 11 | 8:30 am to 9:30 am | For ages 16+ | $10 to attend
Led by Amanda, a registered yoga teacher, this class is designed to incorporate elements of nature, breathing, and yoga poses. Bring your yoga mat or a towel and a reusable water bottle. This is a great opportunity to stretch out and stay loose while enjoying our wonderful park.

Dutch Oven Cooking

Join us by the creek as we learn about campfire safety and the basics of using cast iron. We will be trying out a few new recipes in the Dutch ovens and taste testing them together!

Busy Chipmunks

Is that a squirrel? No, it has stripes. It does have a fluffy tail like a squirrel, but it has stripes! It’s a furry little mammal that’s fun to see. We will have a craft, a story, and a song as we learn about chipmunks.
