Recently, it became clear to Glenn Stephens that his time as the business owner was coming to an end. He wanted to make sure Covert Electric would end up in strong hands committed to the community and customers that were so faithfully loved and served. With that in mind, Glenn targeted the reputable JCI Industries, Inc. team to entrust with the Covert Electric employees and customers. Thus, as of October 11, 2021, Covert Electric Machinery and JCI Industries have joined forces.
