(Washington, D.C.) – The newest changes to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) were approved by the Senate on June 3 with H.R. 7010, The PPP Flexibility Act of 2020.
The Act will make several modifications to the PPP, simplifying forgiveness, extending application deadlines, and extending the covered period.
